38 codes for Genie GS slab scissor lifts with SmartLink: GS-1530/1532, GS-1930/1932, GS-2032/2632/3232, GS-2046/2646/3246, GS-4047. | LL | Off-level. The machine has sensed it is not level. This is a status code, not a failed part. | info |
| OL | Platform overload. The load sensing system has cut out because the platform is too heavy. Listed for CE and AS models. | info |
| CH | The machine is in chassis mode (being run from the chassis controls). Status only. | info |
| PHS | Pothole guard stuck. The system has sensed the pothole guards have not moved the way they should. | info |
| Ld | Lifting disabled (GS-3232 only). Lift is locked out until the outriggers and leveling are in the right state. | info |
| CHrg | Charger interlock (option). The charger is plugged into AC power, so the machine limits what it will do. | info |
| ObS | Obstruction (option). The contact alarm has been triggered by something the machine touched. | info |
| br | The drive brake has been released by hand. Drive and lift are turned off while this shows. | info |
| H001 | The platform up #1 valve circuit is shorted to battery negative. Platform up will not work. | warning |
| H003 | The platform up #1 valve circuit is shorted to battery positive. Everything is locked out except platform down. | stop |
| H009 | The platform down #1 valve circuit is shorted to battery positive. All functions are locked out. | stop |
| H014 | Open circuit in the drive forward #1 valve circuit. The machine will not drive forward. | warning |
| H033 | The high/low speed coil is shorted to battery positive. High speed is off and the machine runs in low speed only. | warning |
| H067 | The motor controller enable circuit is shorted to battery negative. Everything is locked out except platform down. | stop |
| H072 | The motor controller throttle circuit is shorted to battery positive. Everything is locked out except platform down. | stop |
| H078 | The platform down #1 valve circuit is shorted (to positive or negative) or open. Platform down will not work. | stop |
| H080 | The steer left valve circuit is shorted to battery negative or open. The machine will not steer left. | warning |
| P001 | The switched power #1 circuit (which feeds the limit, pothole and tilt switches) is shorted to battery negative. All functions are locked out. | stop |
| U002 | The ground control up switch reads as shorted when the machine starts. Ground controls are locked out except platform down. | warning |
| U014 | The platform control drive enable switch reads as shorted when the machine starts. Platform drive and steer are locked out. | warning |
| U033 | At start-up the drive joystick signal is outside its calibrated range. Platform drive and steer are locked out. | warning |
| U036 | The ground control key switch is wired wrong or shorted. All functions are locked out. | stop |
| U037 | The foot switch was held down when the machine started. All functions are locked out. | stop |
| U039 | The foot switch is wired wrong, open, or shorted to battery negative. All functions are locked out. | stop |
| U045 | The platform control function enable switch is stuck closed or was held down at start-up. Drive and steer are locked out. | warning |
| F003 | The down limit switch reads as shorted at start-up. Everything is locked out except platform down. | stop |
| F005 | The pothole limit switch reads as shorted at start-up. If raised, only platform down works; once stowed, normal function returns. | stop |
| F007 | The chassis tilt switch reads as shorted at start-up. If raised, only platform down works; once stowed, normal function returns. | stop |
| F008 | The platform overload pressure sensor circuit is shorted to battery positive. All functions are locked out. | stop |
| F010 | The platform height sensor circuit is shorted to battery positive. If raised, only platform down works; once stowed, normal function returns. | stop |
| F034 | The platform height sensor has not been calibrated correctly. All functions are locked out. | stop |
| F129 | Tilt sensor fault: the two accelerometers inside the universal tilt sensor disagree. All functions are locked out. | stop |
| C021 | The ground controls cannot find the platform controls. All functions are locked out. | stop |
| C023 | The model the control system detects does not match the model it was programmed for. All functions are locked out. | stop |
| C025 | The platform overload system has not been calibrated. All functions are locked out. | stop |
| C028 | The machine is in service override mode. Only up and down work, and the platform can be raised just once for a limited time that depends on the model. | warning |
| C053 | The platform control and ground control software versions do not match. All functions are locked out. | stop |
| C058 | The drive controller's supply voltage is out of range. All functions are locked out. | stop |
