Every number on this site comes from a primary source we link to, and is checked by a second, independent step before a page can appear in search engines.

1. Sources

Specifications come only from the manufacturer's own spec sheet, product page or manual (for store brands such as Uline, the brand's own product page). Regulations come from the official text (OSHA, the eCFR). Prices come from a seller's or rental company's own published page, with the date we read it. We do not use dealer listings, forums or other spec aggregators as sources.

2. Records, not prose

Facts are stored as records: the value, its unit, the source address, the source title and the date we read it. Pages are built from those records, so a number on a page always matches its source link.

3. Independent fact-check

A second checker, working only from the record and the source document, confirms each value. Anything it cannot confirm is shown as "Not yet verified" and does not count toward the page. A model page needs at least five checked specifications before search engines may index it; until then it carries a noindex tag.

4. Human review

We are recruiting an experienced material-handling technician as a reviewer. A page shows "Reviewed by" only after a named person has approved it. Troubleshooting guides stay out of search engines until a technician has reviewed them.

5. How we use AI

We use AI tools to help collect sources, extract values from spec sheets, draft plain-English summaries of manual text and spot errors. AI never supplies a fact on its own: every value must be found in its cited source and pass the independent check. We do not publish AI-generated images as photos of real machines; drawings are labeled "Illustration".

6. Photos

We use only photos we are licensed to use: our own, openly licensed images (credited), manufacturer media-kit images whose terms allow editorial use, and product images inside a retailer's own listing widget. Where we have none, we show a labeled placeholder.

7. Corrections

Each page shows when it was last updated. Report an error through the contact page; we re-check the source and correct the record.
