Scissor lift height selector
Scissor lift working height convention (Genie): working_height = platform_height + 6 ft (US units); metric: platform_height + 2 m. Enter your numbers below; the formula and its source are shown under the result.
The formula
working_height = platform_height + 6 ft (US units); metric: platform_height + 2 m
This is Genie's convention, stated in its spec sheet footnote. Example from the same sheet: GS-1930/GS-1932 platform height 19 ft 3 in, working height 25 ft 3 in. Other makers may define working height differently, so use each model's published figure where one exists.
Estimate only. The capacity on the truck's data plate is the legal limit; never exceed it.
